The "SALTYSTER Industry Trigger" is a monitoring package for chocolate stops (Note 1) in the manufacturing industry, developed by Hagiwara Techno Solutions Co., Ltd. and Salty Star Co., Ltd. When a chocolate stop occurs on a manufacturing line, it links the data collected from existing PLCs/sequencers with video information from cameras based on a timeline, allowing users to visually check the situation at the time of the chocolate stop using a dedicated viewer. The information confirmed in the viewer can generate data for analysis, such as fault investigation, by outputting files of data (PLC/sequencer/camera) before and after the chocolate stop occurrence.
